Today Mel and Kate interview Natasha Sutherland, an ex high level swimmer who is now a long distance triathlete and Medic training to be a GP. Natasha gives us a fascinating insight into her experience as a swimmer at the top end, and how this eventually led her into triathlon. Despite completing 3 Ironman races Natasha still experiences Imposter Syndrome and we think this experience will resonate with many others! There have been bumps in the road and Natasha tells us how crucial strength and conditioning has been to her triathlon journey.
